The audio books for sale on this website have all been written and read by the author Ian M Malcolm (read his biography). They have been recorded and produced by the author himself and cannot be bought through any other publisher.

Born and brought up in Dundee, Scotland, Ian has written about his childhood memories in Dundee Memories which was published by Birlinn in 2005.

Ian is a keen historian, he went to Edinburgh University as a mature student to study Geography and History. Over the years he has expanded his research techniques and these books demonstates a wealth of knowledge and historical information.

He has produced four merchant navy books to date describing his sea voyages with Alfred Holt & Co. of Liverpool during wartime- Voyage 1 of the Samite, Voyage 2 of the Samforth during World War II, Post-war voyaging of the Samnesse and Voyage 71 of the Atreus and Coasting the Eurybates.

Whether you have deteriorating eyesight, or just like to sit back and relax listening to audio books, you'll appreciate the effort Ian has gone to in creating these unique audio books.
